These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the RedHenToys.com website and/or from Red Hen LLC d/b/a Red Hen Toys via telephone or mail order. Red Hen LLC is allowing you to purchase our products as long as you abide by our terms, conditions and policies. Any order placed electronically through this website or by any other means indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Backorder Items

While we strive to maintain accurate, real-time inventory, sometimes an item that was available when purchased on the site is no longer in stock due to a high volume of orders. While we try to avoid this unfortunate situation, at times an item may be on backorder. We will contact you immediately by e-mail to ask how you wish us to handle the backorder. If multiple items have been purchased, some of which are available while others are on backorder, Red Hen Toys will ship those items that are in stock and ship the backordered item per the customer's wishes.

Order Cancellations

At Red Hen Toys, we pack and ship orders to our customers almost immediately after orders are placed. Due to the timing of shipments we are not able to cancel some orders. If you no longer to wish receive an order you placed, you may return your order by following our return instructions below.

Return Policy

Red Hen Toys offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all toys. If not satisfied with an item(s), customers may return the purchased product(s) for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, providing the toy has not been played with and is in its original box. If a product has been opened, rendering the item unsaleable, Red Hen Toys reserves the right to contest the return. To receive a refund, please contact us by phone (888-573-3436) or e-mail to receive a Return Authorization and instructions for sending the item(s) back.

Defective items may be returned for a replacement, and if that is not acceptable, a full refund, within 30 days. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. If the manufacturer is at fault for the defect, Red Hen Toys will assume the return shipping charges.

WARNING: Returning a product to Red Hen Toys that was not purchased from Red Hen Toys is illegal, and all remedies available to Red Hen Toys will be taken immediately.

You consent and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in the Western District of Michigan, Ottawa County and Grand Rapids, MI. If you commence any legal proceedings of any kind against us you must do so in Ottawa County, Michigan, Grand Rapids, Michigan or the Western District of Michigan, as applicable. You agree to waive any objection to venue or argument for inconvenient forum. Michigan law exclusively governs these Terms and Conditions, and the sale of our product to you.
